Adam Smith was known because of his influential book The Wealth of Nations. This book is the world's first collected descriptions of what builds nation's wealth and is today a fundamental work in classical economics. It’s a new understanding of economics.
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Adam Smith was born the 16 of June 1723 in Kirkcaldy, Scotland. He was the only child of Adam Smith and Margaret Douglas. Smith entered the University of Glasgow when he was fourteen and studied moral philosophy. He died the 17 July 1790 (aged 67) in Edinburgh, Scotland. He was a philosopher, pioneer of political economy, and a key figure in the Scottish Enlightenment.
Smith's Legacy
He formalised economic thinking-presented both sides whilst giving evaluative factors, then argued for his opinion on the best means for prosperity.
